Autohellas Group announces its financial results for the third quarter<\/strong> of 2025, with Revenue <\/strong>amounting to \u20ac286.5 million<\/strong>. EBITDA <\/strong>amounted to \u20ac103.3 million<\/strong> for the quarter, up by 4.4%<\/strong>, while Earnings after Tax (EAT)<\/strong> reached \u20ac40.1 million<\/strong>, up by 2.9%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

For the nine-month <\/strong>period, Revenue <\/strong>increased by 5.3%<\/strong>, reaching \u20ac789 million<\/strong>. EBITDA <\/strong>for the nine months amounted to \u20ac229.7 million<\/strong>, reflecting a 4.5% <\/strong>increase, while Earnings\u00a0after\u00a0Tax\u00a0(EAT)<\/strong> amounted to \u20ac72.6 million<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Overall, the short-term and long-term rental activity in Greece, and in the countries in which the Group operates, utilizes a fleet of nearly 63,500 cars with investments in approximately 16,300 new cars during the nine-month period of 2025.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The Group\u2019s profitability was supported, as in 2024, by \u20ac9.7\u00a0million from dividend distributions of non-controlled investments.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The Group\u2019s Equity as at 30 September 2025 amounted to \u20ac558.2 million, up by \u20ac68.3 million since 31\/12\/2024, despite the dividend payment of \u20ac0.85 per share (\u20ac40.8 million in total) which took place in April 2025.<\/p>\n

Analysis by Segment:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Greece Rentals (Hertz)<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Car Rental activity in Greece<\/strong> continued its strong performance, with Revenue increasing by 10.1%<\/strong> in the nine-month period of 2025, reaching \u20ac244 million<\/strong>. In more detail, the Leasing activity (long-term rentals) accelerated its growth rate compared to the previous year, while the Rent-a-Car activity (short-term rentals) also recorded growth, despite the particularly intense competition among the companies in the sector and the significant expansion of the total rental fleets. The substantial renewal and upgrade of the fleet, with the addition of new vehicle types, along with investments in network expansion, supported this activity.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Car Trade and Services<\/strong><\/p>\n

During the nine-month period of 2025, the Car Trading activity in Greece<\/strong> recorded a 5.7% <\/strong>increase in Revenue, with a marginal improvement in its overall market share, contributing a total of \u20ac407.8\u00a0million<\/strong> to the Group\u2019s Revenue. This performance was achieved despite the increase in the number of brands operating in the country, mainly with the entry of a significant number of new manufacturers from China into the domestic market. In this context, Autohellas Group proceeded with the first launch of the Changan brand and its first models in the market during October, with the aim to gradually establish an additional pillar to support its business activity in the coming years.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It is noted that the activity of Italian Motion (FIAT\/JEEP\/ALFA Romeo), which is not included in the Consolidated Revenue (accounted for using the equity method), recorded sales of \u20ac128.1\u00a0million in the nine-month period of 2025, further enhancing the overall scale and momentum of the Group\u2019s operations.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

International Activity<\/strong><\/p>\n

Revenue from the Group\u2019s International Car Rental Activity<\/strong> related to car rentals (Hertz) amounted to \u20ac137.2\u00a0million<\/strong> in the nine-month period of 2025. The Leasing activity (long-term rentals) demonstrated an improvement compared to the previous year, with growth primarily driven by small and medium-sized enterprises.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In the short-term rental market in Portugal, for the first time in the 3rd<\/sup> quarter of 2025, the more efficient fleet and reservation management provided positive momentum to rental performance in this market, which supported the country\u2019s overall results. The Group\u2019s subsidiary in Portugal has planned and is gradually implementing a series of initiatives over the coming months aimed at enhancing its structure and operational efficiency.<\/p>\n
