Autohellas Hertz, member of the Autohellas Group, is searching to hire an HR Assistant.

Job Description

  • Support HR team members in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Perform data entry to company’s databases and ERP system
  • Maintain and update personnel documents
  • Handle the administration of the leave management system & relevant employee information for payroll functions(annual leaves, timer monitoring, work shift schedules, etc.)
  • Compile & maintain employee records, ensure that employee changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis
  • Ensures compliance with “Ergani” requirements
  • Maintain confidential information discreetly and protect employee privacy
  • Distributes and collects all necessary documents of payroll procedure


  • Preferably holder of a Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Accounting/Statistics
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in relating position
  • Good proficiency in spoken-written English and fluent in Greek
  • Strong Computer proficiency ( MS Office) and good knowledge of HRIS
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational skills and an ability to work under pressure for meeting strict deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal &team building skills
  • Strong Communication Skills
